Because we send you over a thousand dollars of materials, dedicate tons of hours and have limited seating, there is no cancellation or refunds once you are enrolled.  We're human though, on a case-by-case basis if you have a life emergency that requires your attention while you are in the program, you can notify us and ask to rejoin a later cohort.
